The 1-minute interval is available on the Professional plan; the Free plan starts at every 5 minutes. This flexibility helps you tailor the monitoring to suit different needs and scenarios.

Example Scenario
If you set a check to run every minute from 2 locations, this will run 2 checks every minute, one from each location. This provides a comprehensive view of your API's performance and availability from different geographical regions.
