Is there a Free Account?

Yes, but using the Free account, some features are limited, i.e. the total number of virtual users or duration of tests, see full list on the Pricing page

Is LoadFocus a paid tool or open source?

LoadFocus has a free plan that you can use to play with our services and understand how LoadFocus can help you and your team to test your website, service or API. LoadFocus is not open source.

Is there a minimum contract term?

There is no minimum contract term. Our paid plans are billed month-to-month, or year-to-year. Upgrade, cancel, and upgrade again later if you want.

What happens when you cancel the paid plan subscription?

When you downgrade to Free plan or cancel the paid plan subscription, your account will not have access to paid features for the remaining of the paid period, and you won’t be charged again.

When am I billed?

If you are on the month to month paid plan, we will bill each month on your sign up or upgrade day to the paid plan.If you are on the Yearly paid plan, we will bill each year on your sign up or upgrade day to the Yearly paid plan.

What happens if I reach the test runs limits of my plan?

If you reach the limits of your plan, we'll notify you and automatically upgrade you to the next plan.

Do you offer refunds or partial refunds?

If you experience issues with our cloud testing platform that make it unusable for you, let us know, and we’ll do our best to help. For more details, please check the terms and conditions.
