Questions about Pricing?
What’s an API check run?
API checks are monitors that do GET, PUT, POST and other typical HTTP requests. Create assertions to check if the response from your API is valid and performant. For billing, we count any HTTP request as a check run. API check runs have a timeout threshold of 30 seconds.
How do you bill?
The Professional plan, is paid upfront at the beginning of the subscription cycle. Overages will be added to the invoice of the next subscription cycle or when it reacheas a certain threshold.
What does location mean?
Location stands for the geographic area from where the virtual users (users) are going to hit your application. Seea full list of locations.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments. Stripe is our payment processor and handles all payments.
How do I contact you?
Send us an email at contact[at]loadfocus.com or by clicking the Support button, from the bottom right side of every page.
What happens if I reach the test runs limits of my plan?
If you reach the limits of your plan, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to unlock your limits.
Do you offer monthly plans?
Yes, we offer both monthly and yearly plans.
How to find invoices?
All invoices are visible and can be downloaded from your account page https://loadfocus.com/account page in the Billing tab.
What happens if the price of my subscribed plan changes?
If you subscribed to a specific plan, like our Professional Plan, you'll remain at that price until you downgrade your subscription. However, if you upgrade or downgrade your plan in the future and opt for the Professional Plan again, you'll then be charged the current price. Any plan changes may adjust your subscription price, but we'll always notify you beforehand, offering clear communication and the option to opt-out if needed.
