Email us with a clear description, steps to reproduce, and the impact. We acknowledge every report and keep you updated as we investigate and fix the issue.

loadfocus.com and its subdomains (speed.loadfocus.com, apimonitor.loadfocus.com, mcp.loadfocus.com). Please do not run load or denial-of-service tests against our infrastructure as part of your research.

What to expect

We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days, confirm the issue, and tell you when a fix ships. Please give us reasonable time to remediate before any public disclosure.
